Organizational Management
The constitution of WAP has given the supreme authority of the organization to the Board of Trustees who approve budgets, policies, and regulations; sometimes amendments. The day to day running of the organization is overseen by the executive members (i.e. Executive, and deputy directors together with finance administrative Manager) with the assistance from the Project Manager, the MEAL officer, and the Accountant.
WAP’s Organizational structure will be updated from time to time to reflect both its new strategy, policy, and regulation; and also to assist with the development of good management and leadership practices. The new structure will be designed to accommodate the growth of the organization.
